On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Contract SCM Projects Contracts Advisors for a 12 month contract. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Calgary office.

Contract SCM Projects Contracts Advisors - Job Description:
The SCM Contracts Advisor is responsible for the day-to-day post-award administration of assigned project contracts, supporting contract onboarding, performance meetings, change management, and contract close-out. The role involves working closely with SCM Sourcing, Project Management, and Construction Management Teams to ensure contract activities are organized and aligned with established processes.

Contract SCM Projects Contracts Advisors - Responsibilities:
• Administer assigned project contracts in accordance with SCM policies and procedures.
• Review awarded contracts to understand scope and requirements.
• Create and maintain contract files and trackers.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and kick-off meetings.
• Monitor supplier performance against contractual requirements.
• Manage and track contract changes and amendments.
• Support or execute end-to-end sourcing activities.

Contract SCM Projects Contracts Advisors - Mandatory Skills:

• Experience with electronic signature systems.
