Contract SCM Support Analyst:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Contract SCM Support Analyst for a 4-5 month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Contract SCM Support Analyst - Job Description:
The SCM Support Analyst will provide application and process support related to Supply Chain Management for internal and external clients. The role involves supporting various categories within the team and ensuring effective resolution of inquiries.

Contract SCM Support Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Receive, analyze, and resolve incoming Supply Chain Management related inquiries as Tier 1 support.
• Utilize ServiceNow to manage and monitor ticket response times.
• Provide Tier 1 support for P2P applications including SAP, OpenInvoice, Ariba, and Maximo.
• Support P2P process improvements in collaboration with various departments.
• Coordinate SAP MM issues and enhancements with the SCM Systems Team and IT.
• Triage SAP Staging Table and P2P workflow issues.
• Participate in the evolution of the Supply Chain Service Center Support Desk Strategy.
• Engage with stakeholders and develop Business Unit relationships.

Contract SCM Support Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• High school diploma
• 3+ years’ experience in P2P or related business
• Excellent understanding of procure to pay processes
• Experience with SAP MM
• Customer Service focused
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Contract SCM Support Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Post-Secondary education
• Supply Chain Management diploma/certificate/degree
• Experience with OpenInvoice, Maximo, ServiceNow, Ariba

Contract SCM Support Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position for approximately 4-5 months.
