Contractor, Data Management and Reporting Services:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Contractor, Data Management and Reporting Services for a 12-month role. This position is an onsite position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Contractor, Data Management and Reporting Services - Job Description:
The project involves overseeing departmental reporting, including production reports and the development of new Tableau dashboards. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to address reporting, data requirements, and change management.

Contractor, Data Management and Reporting Services - Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver clear reports/dashboards and intuitive visualizations to support stakeholders in making informed decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards/scorecards.
• Provide tools, training, and BI tool access (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for self-service analytics.
• Partner with IT to resolve source system issues and enhance data feeds.
• Establish frameworks, maintain data dictionaries, and enforce business rules for accuracy and consistency.

Contractor, Data Management and Reporting Services - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years in financial institutions with expertise in banking operations, regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to create intuitive visualizations and craft compelling narratives to engage stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Expertise in collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to drive informed business decisions.
• Expert-level skills in Tableau, with the ability to design and deploy complex, interactive dashboards and reports.
• Strong partnership skills to understand reporting needs and provide training.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Ability to lead change initiatives, engage stakeholders, and ensure support for organizational transitions.

Contractor, Data Management and Reporting Services – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks to design and implement services aligned with business needs.
• Proficiency in additional BI tools such as Power BI.
• Experience with data governance and establishing data standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

This is a 12-month contract position.
