Corporate Actions Associate:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Corporate Actions Associate for a 12-month role. This position is a remote. (US based candidates only)   The position based in Jersey City, NJ. 

Corporate Actions Associate - Job Description:
The Corporate Actions Associate will join the North American Corporate Actions team to manage daily corporate actions for Firm Trading and Equity Finance accounts. The role focuses on voluntary corporate actions, including elections and arbitrage events, and involves integrating voluntary processing into the new in-house entitlement tracking system, EnTrack.

Corporate Actions Associate - Responsibilities:
• Capture and process North American corporate action events from announcement to final entitlement reconciliation
• Liaise with trading desks, ops groups, accounts, and institutional counterparties to process elections and set up entitlements
• Monitor and clear daily cash and stock reconciliations
• Manage and monitor complex, high-risk corporate action types against deadlines
• Resolve or escalate processing issues within established procedures and authority levels
• Maintain key controls, review processes quarterly, and flag operational risks with recommendations
• Support departmental projects, including EnTrack and vendor system integration
• Coordinate with cross-border teams on BAU and project work

Corporate Actions Associate - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years in asset servicing at a top or mid-tier broker dealer or bank
• Minimum 3 years in a voluntary corporate actions role
• End-to-end corporate action lifecycle experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with systems like BPS/ADP, Global One, IMatch
• AI proficiency applied to process optimization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Corporate Actions Associate – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience servicing cash Prime Brokerage clients
• Interest in automation and process improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with Canadian BPS, CDS, and DTC
• Project management experience supporting implementation and integration of key systems
• Knowledge of operational risk identification and regulatory requirements
