Corporate Event Planner:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Corporate Event Planner for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Corporate Event Planner - Job Description:
This role involves supporting other event planners on the team and assisting in organizing employee events. It is a backfill for maternity leave, offering opportunities for learning and potential conversion based on performance.

Corporate Event Planner - Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and execution of corporate events
• Assist in coordinating logistics and event details
• Collaborate with a team of 13 professionals
• Engage in ongoing training and development
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure event success

Corporate Event Planner - Mandatory Skills:
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate event planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 - Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Advanced Excel skills for data organization
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills

Corporate Event Planner – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• CMP certification
• Experience with AI technology, such as copilot

Corporate Event Planner – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion based on performance and business needs.

Corporate Event Planner - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
