Corporate Recruiter:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Corporate Recruiter for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Corporate Recruiter - Job Description:
This role involves supporting retail hiring by managing the end-to-end recruitment process within a tier-one bank. The Corporate Recruiter will work closely with branch managers and a collaborative team to help shape careers and connect with different stakeholders.

Corporate Recruiter - Responsibilities:
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including conducting intakes and opening requisitions
• Set up and conduct interviews, including final rounds with managers
• Organize and attend hiring events
• Perform background checks and extend offers
• Work on pipeline initiatives and recruitment projects
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting
• Cultivate relationships with HR partners and business stakeholders

Corporate Recruiter - Mandatory Skills:
• Recruitment experience
• High-volume recruitment experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Reporting experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Attention to detail

Corporate Recruiter – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in agency recruitment

• Experience with enterprise-level recruitment

Corporate Recruiter – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position with the possibility of extension.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office.
