Corporate Recruiter:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Corporate Recruiter for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Corporate Recruiter - Job Description:
The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on high-volume hiring for corporate roles. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, and supporting the onboarding process.

Corporate Recruiter - Responsibilities:
• Provide consultative recruitment support to hiring managers.
• Independently generate candidate flow through various sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephone interviews.
• Leverage behavioral interviewing techniques and provide feedback.
• Manage information and recruitment process through Workday.
• Participate in special staffing-oriented projects as required.

Corporate Recruiter - Mandatory Skills:
• 2+ years of high-volume recruiter experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Agency environment recruitment within corporate roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working with senior leaders.
• Workday/Phenom experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Corporate Recruiter – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• HR Certification/Degree.
• FI experience.
• Knowledge of diversity and staffing processes.
• Experience with legislative compliance in recruitment.

Corporate Recruiter – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Corporate Recruiter - Start Date:
ASAP.

Corporate Recruiter - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 4 days in the office.
