On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Corporate Talent Partner-Technology for a short-term role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

This role involves developing marketing and sourcing strategies to attract top talent, ensuring client's success by meeting its strategic hiring needs.

Corporate Talent Partner-Technology - Responsibilities:
• Work closely with technical and digital leaders to understand hiring needs
• Employ various sourcing methods to build a pipeline of top talent
• Identify and participate in events and career fairs to boost talent presence
• Act as an employer brand ambassador to communicate client's value proposition
• Collaborate on workforce planning and new recruiting processes
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and provide feedback on trends
• Partner with People Relations teams on workforce-related issues
• Support recruitment initiatives and provide reporting and analytics

Corporate Talent Partner-Technology - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in IT Technology
• Success with various recruiting methods in complex business environments
• Proven experience conducting different types of interviews
• Understanding of labor-market trends and recruiting best practices
• Ability to maintain composure and a proactive attitude in demanding situations
• Strong internal relationship-building skills
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
