Court Reporter Scheduler:
On behalf of our Legal Services client, Procom is searching for a Court Reporter Scheduler for a contract to hire role. This position is a remote position based in the United States. 

Court Reporter Scheduler - Job Description:
Procom is seeking a detail-driven Scheduling Coordinator to manage the end-to-end scheduling of court reporters and ensure timely delivery of in-court work products. This role acts as an operational hub between reporters, attorneys, court staff, and internal teams, ensuring smooth proceedings and timely deliverables.

Court Reporter Scheduler - Responsibilities:
• Assign and confirm court reporters for various legal proceedings based on availability and specialty.
• Maintain and update the master scheduling calendar, resolving conflicts and last-minute changes.
• Track reporter availability and workload to balance assignments and avoid coverage gaps.
• Manage delivery of in-court work products, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are maintained.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and deliverable inquiries.
• Keep scheduling and deliverable data accurate in internal systems and generate status reports.

Court Reporter Scheduler - Mandatory Skills:
• 2+ years in scheduling, dispatch, coordination, or operations in a deadline-driven service business.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and cloud-based workflow software.
• Ability to handle last-minute changes and stay calm under deadline pressure.

Court Reporter Scheduler – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with court reporting workflows and deliverables.
• Experience with Monday.com, Make.com, and QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of jurisdiction-specific filing rules.

Court Reporter Scheduler – Assignment Length:
This is a contract to hire position.
