Creative Project Manager:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Creative Project Manager for a 12-month contract role. This position is a remote position with a preference for Alberta-based candidates, though open to candidates anywhere in Canada.

Creative Project Manager - Job Description:
We are seeking a specialized Contract Project Manager to drive the end-to-end production of primary annual corporate publications: the Annual Report, the Sustainability Report, and the Progressive Aboriginal Relations certification submission. This role involves coordinating internal subject matter experts and executives to extract content and financial data, and managing resources to transform those inputs into polished, publication-ready assets.

Creative Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Drive accountability across internal contributors to ensure timely delivery of raw content, financial data, and narrative inputs.
• Manage the end-to-end production pipeline, coordinating graphic designers, copywriters, and technical editors.
• Manage the version-control and proofing lifecycle for complex documents across multiple review rounds.
• Build and manage detailed production workback schedules bridging creative execution and regulatory compliance timelines.
• Partner with external agencies and vendors to ensure deliverables meet quality standards, budgetary guidelines, and production specs.
