Customer Advocate:
On behalf of our customer service client, Procom is searching for a Customer Advocate for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Irving, Texas office.

Customer Advocate - Job Description:
The Customer Advocate serves as the primary point of contact for customers, dedicated to delivering a positive experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information. This role emphasizes a customer-first mindset, professionalism, and adherence to safety and risk management standards.

Customer Advocate - Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary
• Demonstrate empathy and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Follow company policies related to safety, compliance, and risk management
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service quality and improve customer outcomes
• Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to improve processes, tools, and overall experience

Customer Advocate - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Customer-first mindset with empathy and responsiveness
• Professional and positive communication style (written and verbal)
• Ability to follow procedures while maintaining flexibility
• Awareness of safety, compliance, and risk management standards
• Ability to protect sensitive customer information
• Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills

Customer Advocate – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Previous customer service or support experience
• Experience with branch-based industrial distribution
• Familiarity with the heavy-duty trucking industry
• Basic computer proficiency

Customer Advocate – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

ASAP.

Irving, Texas, United States. This is a hybrid role with 4 days in the office.
