On behalf our client, Procom is seeking a consultant for an 12 month assignment- This is a hybrid role with 2 days in office per week in Vancouver, BC.

Cyber Security Consultant Job Details:

The Cyber Security Compliance Consultant  collaborates with service providers and security administrators in completing compliance sustainment activities such as IT audits to ensure the client's compliance with digital technology and cyber security regulations and policy.

The Identity and Access Management team is looking for an experienced IAM advisor to assist with approvals for IAM related ServiceNow tickets, and project work as SME for Entra ID and Active Directory.

Cyber Security Consultant Mandatory skills:

• 7+ years of enterprise IAM experience with a strong focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Experience leading or supporting IGA strategy, vendor evaluations, requirements gathering, and platform selection initiatives (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance).
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver), access requests, approvals, provisioning, role management, access certification, and segregation of duties.
• Experience developing IAM architectures, standards, governance frameworks, policies, and operating models.
• Knowledge of hybrid identity architectures, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and cloud identity integration patterns.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, least privilege, and identity-centric security principles.
• Experience implementing or integrating IAM, IGA, and PAM solutions within large, complex organizations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and consulting skills with the ability to translate business requirements into IAM capabilities.
• Experience supporting regulatory, audit, compliance, and access governance initiatives.
