D365 & M365 Technical Lead:
On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for a D365 & M365 Technical Lead for an intermediate role. This position is onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

D365 & M365 Technical Lead - Job Description:
The D365 & M365 Technical Lead will support the Trans Mountain D365 and M365 team members in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities. The role involves managing a Managed Service Provider for daily system support, incidents, and service requests, ensuring that all activities align with best practices and company policies.

D365 & M365 Technical Lead - Responsibilities:
• Support team members in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities
• Manage the Managed Service Provider for D365 and M365 system support
• Engage Business Area users to understand requirements
• Oversee configuration, enhancements, testing, and deployments
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and change management processes
• Identify procedures and documentation needed for service delivery
• Identify improvement opportunities for system stability and efficiency
• Communicate system changes, risks, outages, and release impacts early
• Review security roles, segregation of duties, and audit requirements regularly
• Participate in relevant meetings and share reports

D365 & M365 Technical Lead - Mandatory Skills:
• Functional knowledge of D365 and M365
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Experience with IT governance and security processes
• Ability to manage service providers
• Experience in overseeing system configurations and deployments

D365 & M365 Technical Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Familiarity with change management processes
• Knowledge of system enhancement prioritization
• Ability to identify recurring issues and recommend solutions
• Experience in engaging business users to gather requirements
