Data Analyst - Microsoft Power BI & Microsoft Power Platform:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Data Analyst - Microsoft Power BI & Microsoft Power Platform for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Data Analyst - Microsoft Power BI & Microsoft Power Platform - Job Description:
This project involves Payment Modernization within the Global Transaction Banking team. The selected candidate will contribute to the data, business intelligence, and analytics strategy for GTB across North America, focusing on payments insights, scorecards, reporting, and data models using Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure Databricks.

Data Analyst - Microsoft Power BI & Microsoft Power Platform - Responsibilities:
• Lead data and analytical workstreams in collaboration with GTB Payments Transformation, technology, and product teams
• Own end-to-end future-state report development for GTB payments operations
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements and visualize target state views
• Build end-to-end data pipelines for sustainable reporting
• Work with Enterprise Data Lake technology partners to build robust data infrastructure
• Provide analytics and insights to drive efficiency and improve customer experience
• Identify, analyze, and escalate data and reporting issues
• Ensure accuracy, governance, and access control on BI ecosystem
• Drive efforts to resolve capability gaps

Data Analyst - Microsoft Power BI & Microsoft Power Platform - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or insights roles
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform
• Solid understanding of ETL processes, data mining, profiling, cleansing, and enrichment
• Strong analytical skills to identify and evaluate trends
• Strong proficiency with Excel and other MS products
• Interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
• Good relationship management skills

Data Analyst - Microsoft Power BI & Microsoft Power Platform – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Master’s degree or MBA
• Experience with Azure Databricks, GCP
• Previous experience working on large-scale transformational projects

Data Analyst - Microsoft Power BI & Microsoft Power Platform – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position with a high possibility of extension to 18 months and conversion to FTE.
