Data Analyst - Salesforce/CRM:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Data Analyst - Salesforce/CRM for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Data Analyst - Salesforce/CRM - Job Description:
The Data Analyst will support the Enterprise Client Relationship Management Centre of Excellence (ECRM COE) by managing the Salesforce license lifecycle and analyzing enterprise license usage data. This role involves building Power BI dashboards to track usage trends and optimize processes, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Data Analyst - Salesforce/CRM - Responsibilities:
• Support the ECRM COE with Salesforce license management (end-to-end lifecycle)
• Manage and analyze enterprise license usage data
• Build dashboards and reporting (Power BI) to track usage trends and optimization
• Support BAU processes and documentation already being transitioned from the outgoing BA
• Communicate with stakeholders and drive process improvements

Data Analyst - Salesforce/CRM - Mandatory Skills:
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst
• Strong Power BI experience (dashboarding, visualization, data ingestion from Excel/CSV)
• Power BI Certification (highly preferred / near-mandatory)
• Strong communication skills (PowerPoint + written/email storytelling)

Data Analyst - Salesforce/CRM – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Salesforce experience (user-level familiarity)
• Experience working in a Centre of Excellence (COE)
• Banking/financial services experience

Data Analyst - Salesforce/CRM – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
