Data Analyst - Senior:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Data Analyst - Senior for a long-term role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Data Analyst - Senior - Job Description:
The Assessment Business Unit is preparing for a significant technology upgrade as the current Land Record Management Solutions system is nearing end of life. The Senior Data Analyst will play a crucial role in the IT team, focusing on data conversion to the new iasWorld software solution.

Data Analyst - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Work on data conversion from the current Land Record Management Solutions software to the iasWorld software solution.
• Collaborate with business project teams and IT partners to gather and analyze data requirements.
• Design databases and develop data migration/conversion processes.
• Perform unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Support the business and project team in understanding the data model and business rules.

Data Analyst - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Eight (8) years' experience as a Data Analyst.
• Experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to identify patterns, solve complex problems, and formulate opinions through data interpretation.
• Proficiency in data models, database design, data mining, scripting, and analysis in technologies such as Oracle or SQLServer.
• Understanding of database security models.

Data Analyst - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with little supervision.
• Experience managing multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction at all levels.
• Previous work experience in the public sector or large organizations.
