Data Analyst:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Data Analyst for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Data Analyst - Job Description:
The Business Performance & Analytics Consultant supports strategic transformation initiatives by providing business insights, performance measurement, and data-driven recommendations that improve operational effectiveness and customer outcomes. This role focuses on understanding business operations and translating data into actionable insights to support informed decision-making.

Data Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Analyze operational and business performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Perform root cause analysis to understand performance issues and operational challenges.
• Develop executive-ready reporting, presentations, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions using Power BI and other analytics tools.

Data Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Business Consulting, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or Performance Management.
• Strong ability to translate data into business recommendations and actionable insights.
• Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar BI platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Data Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Banking or Financial Services experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Experience with operational performance management, client service, sales, or customer journey optimization.
• Experience working with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.

Data Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment.

ASAP.

Data Analyst - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days in the office.
