Data Analyst:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Data Analyst for a 24-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Data Analyst - Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics contractor to support customer journey deployment through strong technical design, data quality assurance, and deep-dive analysis. The project involves developing reporting and measurement solutions for customer journeys, ensuring data availability, accuracy, and quality across platforms.

Data Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Design technical specifications for journey deployment
• Support UAT to ensure data availability, accuracy, and quality across platforms
• Conduct deep-dive analysis and investigations to identify issues and insights
• Develop reporting and measurement solutions for customer journeys

Data Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and campaign/journey measurement
• 5+ years of experience in fintech, telecommunications, or customer-facing environments
• Strong hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, Teradata/DBVisualizer, Salesforce CRM, and Power BI
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in an accessible and inclusive environment

Data Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with additional data visualization tools
• Knowledge of advanced statistical methods
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment
• Understanding of customer journey mapping

Data Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 24-month contract position with the possibility of extension or full-time employment.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office.
