Job Description
MO is currently sourcing for a Data Analyst.
This is a hybrid contract role in Toronto (3 days in office per week).
Role Overview:
The Data Analyst will support customer journey deployment by designing technical specifications, ensuring data quality, and performing deep-dive analyses. This role involves working closely with multiple platforms to deliver accurate reporting and measurement solutions that drive business insights and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design technical specifications for customer journey deployment
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure data availability, accuracy, and quality across platforms
- Conduct deep-dive analysis and investigations to identify issues and insights
- Develop reporting and measurement solutions for customer journeys
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and campaign/journey measurement
- 5+ years of experience in fintech, telecommunications, or customer-facing environments
- Hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, Teradata/DBVisualizer, Salesforce CRM, and Power BI
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with customer journey deployment and measurement
- Familiarity with data quality assurance processes
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working in hybrid environments with strong technical design capabilities
- Proven ability to perform detailed data investigations and provide actionable insights
- Background in supporting UAT and cross-platform data validation
- Potential for contract extension and transition to full-time employment
