Job Description
Data and Reporting Analyst:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Data and Reporting Analyst for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.
Data and Reporting Analyst - Job Description:
The project involves transforming complex ITSM and operational data into actionable insights to drive service performance and strategic decision-making. The role focuses on designing and evolving enterprise reporting solutions across Power BI, ServiceNow, and integrated data sources to enable proactive, insight-driven operations.
Data and Reporting Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver Power BI dashboards providing visibility into ITSM performance, KPIs, and operational health
• Integrate and analyze data across ServiceNow, cloud, infrastructure, and application sources
• Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
• Perform proactive trend analysis to identify systemic issues and continuous improvement opportunities
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize reporting needs, and deliver scalable solutions
• Establish and maintain standard reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, and data models
• Drive automation and continuous improvement to reduce manual effort and enhance reporting efficiency
Data and Reporting Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 5 to 7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles
• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and Site Reliability Engineering practices
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM data and operational reporting
• Proven ability to translate data into meaningful insights and compelling narratives
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
Data and Reporting Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous financial services experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in business process mapping and solution design
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Data and Reporting Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

ASAP.
Data and Reporting Analyst - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada - Hybrid, with 2 days in the office per week.
