On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Data Entry Operator, Banking/FI - Term Deposits (MS Excel) for a 4-month role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office. 

Data Entry Operator, Banking/FI - Term Deposits (MS Excel) - Job Description:
The project involves providing operations support within the Wealth Management, RECON & CONTROLS department. The role focuses on the management and processing of term deposit data using MS Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data handling and transaction investigations.

Data Entry Operator, Banking/FI - Term Deposits (MS Excel) - Responsibilities:
• Retrieve files and import into the database.
• Perform investigation on identified transactions.
• Update data on internal system.
• Monitor group email box for new requests from brokers/issuers.

Data Entry Operator, Banking/FI - Term Deposits (MS Excel) - Mandatory Skills:
• 2 years or more of financial industry experience.
• Preference for those with experience/understanding of term deposits.
• Advanced MS Excel data entry skills such as lookup.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good time management.

• Power Query for automated data analysis.

Data Entry Operator, Banking/FI - Term Deposits (MS Excel) – Assignment Length:
This is a 4-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

ASAP.
