Data Entry Operator, Client Case Processing/Verification (MS Excel):
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Data Entry Operator, Client Case Processing/Verification (MS Excel) for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 5 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Data Entry Operator, Client Case Processing/Verification (MS Excel) - Job Description:
This role focuses on daily operational oversight to ensure department and systems processes function as designed. The incumbent will provide analysis, processing, and customer service support for complex, manual, and exception-based operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm policies.

Data Entry Operator, Client Case Processing/Verification (MS Excel) - Responsibilities:
• Systematically review, verify, and process 5-20+ cases daily through multiple systems
• Maintain strict accuracy, compliance, and clear communication with colleagues
• Handle escalations and complex issues

Data Entry Operator, Client Case Processing/Verification (MS Excel) - Mandatory Skills:
• 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent OR High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of Data Entry related experience
• Well versed with MS Excel - Ability to integrate Excel into daily work
• Advanced customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Ability to understand and meet business daily support needs on an ongoing basis
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
