Data Entry Operator, Investments - MS Excel:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Data Entry Operator, Investments - MS Excel for a 6-month role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Toronto office.

Data Entry Operator, Investments - MS Excel - Job Description:
The role involves operating a computer terminal to verify, enter, retrieve, and edit data for the Personal and Commercial Banking, Retail Processing and Retail Servicing team. The candidate will handle tasks such as keying information from paper documents or other computer templates with speed and accuracy.

Data Entry Operator, Investments - MS Excel - Responsibilities:
• Read source documents such as cancelled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners
• Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered
• Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors
• Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors
• Maintain logs of activities and completed work

Data Entry Operator, Investments - MS Excel - Mandatory Skills:
• 2+ years Data Entry experience using MS Excel
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and time management skills

Data Entry Operator, Investments - MS Excel – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Basic knowledge of investment products
• Previous banking experience
• Sense of urgency
• Information seeking
• Listening, understanding, and responding
