Data Entry Operator:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Data Entry Operator for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Data Entry Operator - Job Description:
The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for reviewing account opening documents sent by the Front Office. The role involves ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and fast processing of a varying number of files. This is a key position in the New Accounts and Documentation department.

Data Entry Operator - Responsibilities:
• Review account opening documents
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of documentation
• Process files efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies

Data Entry Operator - Mandatory Skills:
• 1+ year experience in data entry
• Banking experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Basic functionality in PowerPoint
• Basic functionality in Outlook

Data Entry Operator – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Experience with accessible technology

Data Entry Operator – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
