Data Processing, MS Excel:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Data Processing, MS Excel for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Data Processing, MS Excel - Job Description:
This role supports the Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) Peak Season project, which involves processing and verifying transactions exceeding $10,000. The position requires balancing independent, detail-oriented case processing with cross-team collaboration to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Data Processing, MS Excel - Responsibilities:
• Systematically review, verify, and process 5-20+ cases daily through multiple systems
• Maintain strict accuracy and compliance
• Communicate clearly with colleagues on escalations and complex issues

Data Processing, MS Excel - Mandatory Skills:
• 4-year degree from an accredited university OR High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of data processing related experience
• Well versed with MS Excel - Ability to integrate Excel into daily work
• Proficient computer skills in Word and Outlook
• Sound organizational knowledge with an operational mindset
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

Data Processing, MS Excel – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Banking industry experience

Data Processing, MS Excel – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
