On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Data Quality Assurance Specialist, Loans/Lending Process for a 5-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Raleigh, NC office.

Data Quality Assurance Specialist, Loans/Lending Process - Job Description:
The Data Quality Assurance Specialist will support the Senior Manager of Quality Controls in the Wealth Management Credit suite of products by performing internal controls associated with Wealth Management products. The role involves ensuring data quality and accuracy, researching defects, and communicating observations for escalation and follow-up.

Data Quality Assurance Specialist, Loans/Lending Process - Responsibilities:
• Execute internal controls, ensuring effective practices are followed and quality documentation is produced.
• Develop an understanding of the control environment, analyze information, and develop and communicate recommendations to business clients.
• Work effectively with business partners to drive innovation in service delivery through identifying opportunities and developing solutions.
• Develop an understanding of key risks and use knowledge to identify risks requiring controls in the environment.
• Promote operational excellence through continuous process improvement and innovation.

Data Quality Assurance Specialist, Loans/Lending Process - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience.
• Firm understanding of loan processing, Credit / Lending – can read and comprehend loan documents.
• Ability to analyze loans/data and compliance with written controls.
• Well versed in the use of Excel.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and adaptability.

Data Quality Assurance Specialist, Loans/Lending Process – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• AML / CIP / KYC knowledge.
• Bank Control Banking Regulatory Knowledge.

Data Quality Assurance Specialist, Loans/Lending Process – Assignment Length:
This is a 5-month contract position.
