Data & Reporting Analyst:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Data & Reporting Analyst for a contract role. 

Data & Reporting Analyst - Job Description:
The Data & Reporting Analyst will join a team focused on delivering business insights to minimize risks and enhance decision-making at our client. The role involves coordinating business reporting and data management activities within the department, advancing data analytics capabilities, and supporting key deliverables to enhance team resiliency. 

Data & Reporting Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Coordinate business and data reporting to deliver insights and drive efficiencies
• Enhance support to decision-makers through refined data management practices
• Scale data analysis capabilities for timely, data-driven insights
• Act as an in-house data expert for coaching and training
• Support client and internal audits for compliance

Data & Reporting Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar organization
• Advanced familiarity with Tableau and Microsoft’s Power Platform
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency with descriptive and inferential statistical methodologies
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to narrate compelling stories with data analysis

Data & Reporting Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to physical security, risk, compliance, or audit environments
• Experience supporting audit processes

Data & Reporting Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 16-month contract position 

Data & Reporting Analyst - Start Date:
ASAP.

Data & Reporting Analyst - Assignment Location:
Toronto - Hybrid position with 2 days per week in the office
