Data Services Analyst:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Data Services Analyst for an 18 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Data Services Analyst - Job Description:
The Data Services Analyst will be responsible for providing best-of-class service to clients of Securities and internal business partners by managing the data capture requirements for legal information for capital markets trading products. The role involves managing and investigating trade exceptions related to various legal agreements, with a focus on derivatives, foreign exchange, and fixed income products.

Data Services Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Manage accurate and timely data capture for legal terms/documentation between the Bank and its counterparties
• Handle workflow, analysis, and exception management of data related to the QFC Recordkeeping regulation and trade exception queries
• Update Scream tables that record netting status and product coverage for relevant legal agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the bank
• Collaborate with technology partners to ensure efficient data capture and Netting Table operations
• Validate operational readiness activities and cutover planning for projects
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, escalating when necessary
• Achieve error-free processing by ensuring accurate data input
• Adhere to strict Service Level Agreements for Customer Service standards
• Provide training to team members on best practices
• Maintain and update procedural documents

Data Services Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Data management experience
• Strong Excel skills/technical skills
• Sound knowledge of trading businesses and transaction lifecycle for Client Data Services
• Organized
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented

Data Services Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills
• Banking experience
• Sound knowledge and understanding of Trade Agreements

Data Services Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a long-term contract position until February 2028.

ASAP.

Data Services Analyst - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite required.
