Dayforce WFM Consultant

Work mode: Remote work 
Duration: 1-year+ contract

On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant to support a client preparing for a Q2 go-live. This role requires a strong hands-on Dayforce professional with Core HR and WFM expertise who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately during a critical implementation phase.

 Seeking a Senior Consultant with solid Dayforce experience.

Responsibilities

-Support Dayforce Core HR and WFM activities leading up to and following the Q2 go-live
-Assist with configuration, validation, and stabilization of Dayforce Core and WFM modules
-Collaborate with project team members to ensure readiness for go-live
-Provide functional support and troubleshooting as needed during implementation and early post–go-live phases
-Contribute to testing, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer activities
-Ensure best practices are followed within Dayforce Core HR and WFM processes

Required Qualifications

-Mandatory: Proven Dayforce experience
-Strong hands-on expertise in Dayforce Core HR and Workforce Management (WFM)
-Experience supporting Dayforce implementations or go-live activities
-Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time
-Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven project environment
-Strong communication and collaboration skills
-Eligible to receive a Canadian federal security clearance
