Software Developer - Senior-Maximo:
On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer - Senior-Maximo for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Software Developer - Senior-Maximo - Job Description:
This role involves critical Maximo application development and integration. The project includes large-scale implementations, migrations, and upgrades, with a focus on enhancing the city's IT capabilities.

Software Developer - Senior-Maximo - Responsibilities:
• Configure and develop Maximo applications based on client and business requirements
• Lead and support large-scale Maximo implementations, migrations, and upgrades
• Develop technical documentation and support testing activities
• Build integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, GIS using Web Services, RESTful APIs, and database technologies
• Provide technical guidance on legacy data conversion, data migration, and data loading

Software Developer - Senior-Maximo - Mandatory Skills:
• Extensive 10+ years of hands-on experience in Maximo application configuration and development
• Considerable experience with Maximo Business Objects, Web Beans (Java), and Automation Scripts (Jython/Python)
• Proven experience developing Maximo applications, workflows, BIRT reports, and PL/SQL components
• Strong knowledge of Maximo Spatial configuration and ArcGIS integrations
• Proficiency with development tools such as Visual Studio .NET and/or Eclipse
• Experience using version control systems like Git
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Software Developer - Senior-Maximo – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Public sector experience
• Experience with municipal government projects
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in teamwork-focused environments
• Knowledge of accessible development practices

Software Developer - Senior-Maximo – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract with the potential for extension.
