On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Delivery Lead, CB Operations Change Program for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Delivery Lead, CB Operations Change Program - Job Description:
The Delivery Lead, CB Operations Change Program is responsible for driving the integrated delivery of operational change across Canadian Banking Operations. This role involves translating program priorities into executable plans and leading delivery from mobilization through implementation and transition to business-as-usual operations.

Delivery Lead, CB Operations Change Program - Responsibilities:
• Own the integrated delivery plan for the CB Operations Change Program, translating priorities into clearly scoped initiatives.
• Partner with Operations leaders and specialist teams to translate operational pain points into practical delivery plans.
• Lead delivery routines across various partners, manage interdependencies, and resolve blockers.
• Maintain an actionable view of risks and drive mitigation and recovery plans.
• Build alignment across Operations leaders and facilitate Steering Committee forums.
• Maintain resource plans, cost forecasts, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate testing, business acceptance, and operational readiness with partners.

Delivery Lead, CB Operations Change Program - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in program/project delivery and operations transformation.
• Experience delivering change in banking or financial services operations.
• Ability to turn ambiguous priorities into integrated roadmaps.
• Experience leading matrix teams across various functions.
• Strong practical experience in delivery governance and risk management.
• Working knowledge of predictive, Agile, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Experience coordinating business acceptance testing and implementation readiness.

Delivery Lead, CB Operations Change Program – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Retail Banking experience.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma or relevant change management certification.
• Advanced degree or relevant executive education.

Delivery Lead, CB Operations Change Program – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position from 11/09/2026 to 11/08/2027, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

ASAP.
