On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Delivery Lead, Digital Software Delivery (Agile/SM) for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Delivery Lead, Digital Software Delivery (Agile/SM) - Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Delivery Lead to drive the end-to-end incremental software delivery across our Digital Product & Experience teams. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality digital products and services, supporting Tangerine's mission to deliver innovative financial solutions.

Delivery Lead, Digital Software Delivery (Agile/SM) - Responsibilities:
• Act as a team culture-catalyst, promoting engagement and onboarding new team members
• Manage complex deliverables with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Own and drive retrospective action plans and manage sprint & release schedules
• Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and key decisions
• Ensure Agile methodology is effectively executed and coach improvement strategies
• Provide stakeholder and executive communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation

Delivery Lead, Digital Software Delivery (Agile/SM) - Mandatory Skills:
• 5 years' delivery experience in managing and delivering complex software deliverables
• Experience working on digital initiatives within the Banking/Financial Industry
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and certified Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM)
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proactivity and accountability

Delivery Lead, Digital Software Delivery (Agile/SM) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with enterprise-level software delivery
• Creativity and adaptability in solution identification
• Knowledge of Agile Delivery practices, disciplines, tools, and methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
• Servant leadership qualities

This is a 12-month contract position.
