Delivery Lead/Manager:
On behalf of our auto industry client, Procom is searching for a Delivery Lead/Manager for an 8-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Markham, ON office.

Delivery Lead/Manager - Job Description:
The project involves overseeing the successful delivery of technology initiatives across multiple business and IT teams. The Delivery Lead/Manager will drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery excellence within an Agile or hybrid project environment.

Delivery Lead/Manager - Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of business and technology projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, project schedules, dependencies, risk registers, and resource forecasts.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Development teams to define and prioritize work.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, team effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Delivery Lead/Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of experience in project delivery, program delivery, product delivery, or IT project management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
• AI project experience is required
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Delivery Lead/Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certification.
• Experience delivering digital transformation, CRM, cloud, data, or customer experience initiatives.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Azure, AWS, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience working with external vendors and system integrators.

Delivery Lead/Manager – Assignment Length:
This is an 8-month contract with a possibility of a 1-year extension.

Markham, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite).
