Delivery Lead – Retail Replenishment (Blue Yonder Cloud):
On behalf of our Retail client, Procom is searching for a Delivery Lead – Retail Replenishment (Blue Yonder Cloud) for a 10 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Delivery Lead – Retail Replenishment (Blue Yonder Cloud) - Job Description:
The Delivery Lead will spearhead the execution of multiple squads dedicated to Retail Replenishment transformation initiatives. This project involves the re-implementation of Replenishment capabilities, transitioning from an on-prem JDA solution to Blue Yonder’s cloud-based platform. The role requires strong leadership to align stakeholders and ensure delivery aligned with business value.

Delivery Lead – Retail Replenishment (Blue Yonder Cloud) - Responsibilities:
• Lead and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple squads supporting the Blue Yonder Replenishment re-implementation
• Partner with Product, Business stakeholders, and Technology teams to define objectives, scope, and measurable outcomes for replenishment transformation
• Actively participate in and support SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Drive program execution by identifying dependencies, removing blockers, and ensuring alignment across ARTs and squads
• Establish and maintain clear delivery governance, status reporting, and executive-level communication
• Coordinate resources across squads to ensure optimal delivery capacity and alignment to priorities
• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks while proactively managing scope, schedule, and dependencies

Delivery Lead – Retail Replenishment (Blue Yonder Cloud) - Mandatory Skills:
• Retail Replenishment Domain Knowledge: Demand forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment planning, allocation, and supply chain processes
• Blue Yonder / JDA Expertise: Experience implementing or re-implementing Blue Yonder Replenishment solutions in a Retail environment (cloud preferred)
• Delivery Management: Driving outcomes across multiple agile squads within a SAFe framework
• Transformation Experience: Leading large-scale system re-implementation or migration from on-prem to cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including SAFe
• Experience working within Scrum and Kanban delivery models
• Program Increment (PI) Planning and execution management

Delivery Lead – Retail Replenishment (Blue Yonder Cloud) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Scope Management: Defining MVPs, epics, features, stories, releases, and milestones aligned to business value
• Resource Management: Coordinating FTE and partner resources to support delivery objectives
• Risk & Dependency Management: Identifying, mitigating, escalating, and communicating risks proactively
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Cross-functional collaboration

This is a 10 month contract position.
