Delivery Lead:
On behalf of our Retail client, Procom is searching for a Delivery Lead for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Delivery Lead - Job Description:
The Delivery Lead plays a crucial role in orchestrating the successful delivery of multiple squads that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role involves strong leadership and communication to drive collaboration and ensure program success.

Delivery Lead - Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive program plan that defines objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
• Identify and engage stakeholders, including executives, business sponsors, and team members
• Establish program governance structures for oversight and guidance
• Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple squads within the program
• Identify and assess program risks
• Monitor squad delivery progress, tracking KPIs and milestones
• Oversee management of changes in program scope, schedule, and budget
• Facilitate program closure upon successful completion
• Provide training and guidance to team members across squads for consistency

Delivery Lead - Mandatory Skills:
• Financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Scope management, including establishing outcomes and milestones
• Resource management, building and managing resource plans
• Risk management, anticipating and mitigating impacts
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
• Product lifecycle management
• Effective communication and stakeholder management

Delivery Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Planview and Jira
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Lucid and Confluence
• Experience in Delivery Central
• Strong facilitation skills

Delivery Lead – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

ASAP.

Delivery Lead - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 4 days in the office.
