On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Delivery Manager - Adobe Journey Optimizer or Suite for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Delivery Manager - Adobe Journey Optimizer or Suite - Job Description:
This role involves managing a migration project from Oracle Responsys to Adobe Journey Optimizer. The Delivery Manager will lead the developers and ensure that campaigns, variables, and data are tracked accurately to guarantee the project's success.

Delivery Manager - Adobe Journey Optimizer or Suite - Responsibilities:
• Support Marketing Planners with digital campaigns and user experiences
• Assist the Campaign Enablement team with error investigations
• Monitor compliance with CASL, anti-spam, and privacy regulations
• Collaborate with channel partners for campaign optimization
• Partner with Analytics and Data Science for channel measurement
• Recommend optimizations based on key learnings
• Champion a customer-focused and high-performance culture
• Direct day-to-day activities in line with risk culture and appetite
• Build and implement people strategy for team motivation and development
• Maintain positive working relationships with business partners

Delivery Manager - Adobe Journey Optimizer or Suite - Mandatory Skills:
• 1-2 years of experience with cross-functional project management and PM tools like Adobe WorkFront
• 1+ years of experience with digital marketing platforms, especially Adobe Journey Optimizer
• 1+ years of experience in leading and coaching a high-performing team
• Previous experience with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Adobe CDP
• Strong experience with Excel, reporting, and insights

Delivery Manager - Adobe Journey Optimizer or Suite – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Financial services experience
• AI automation experience, such as creating playbooks and best practices

Delivery Manager - Adobe Journey Optimizer or Suite – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
