Design Manager:
Procom is searching for a Design Manager for a two-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office. 

Design Manager - Job Description:
The Design Manager will lead strategic initiatives in physical design, aligning with corporate and retail space objectives. This role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of construction projects, focusing on project delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder engagement. 

Design Manager - Responsibilities:
• Provide overall leadership and direction on physical design within ATB
• Oversee design aspects of construction projects, ensuring successful delivery
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Establish performance metrics and drive process optimization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Develop and implement risk management strategies
• Oversee development and management of design standards and specifications
• Champion quality assurance and compliance
