Developers x3:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Developers x3 for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Developers x3 - Job Description:
The project involves developing and deploying new Web and .NET-based applications and services. The role requires enhancing existing software solutions and collaborating with business leaders to align technical specifications with strategic objectives.

Developers x3 - Responsibilities:
• Developing and deploying Web and .NET-based applications and services
• Leading and conducting design and code reviews for both peers and junior developers
• Participating and advocating for issue resolution and change control processes
• Working closely with business leaders to translate objectives into technical specifications
• Leading and participating in architecture and design meetings for major components
• Developing and documenting designs for components, modules, and sub-systems
• Assisting Director with defining and estimating project task effort and required resources
• Recommending and driving best practices, standards, processes, and tools
• Other duties as assigned

Developers x3 - Mandatory Skills:
• ADO.NET, OLE-DB, ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, JQuery, Javascript, XML, Web Services
• Developing business application software
• Designing and architecting enterprise-class, mission critical software
• Developing solutions with Microsoft technologies, especially .NET, C# and ASP.NET
• Working with Microsoft SQL Server
• Providing direction to other developers
• Demonstrated proficiency with design patterns and SOA architectures

Developers x3 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Application development/integration experience with Team Foundation Server version control software
• Experience working in a production environment with IIS 7, SQL Server 2014
• Demonstrated security software development training
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and regression testing
• Experience with open source tools and technologies

Developers x3 – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract position.
