DevOps Engineer, CIAM Platforms:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a DevOps Engineer, CIAM Platforms for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

DevOps Engineer, CIAM Platforms - Job Description:
The project involves onboarding business channels to the CIAM SAAS platform, focusing on platform operations that are scalable, secure, and automated. The role includes maintaining and enhancing the CIAM SaaS platform and integrating new systems for seamless operation.

DevOps Engineer, CIAM Platforms - Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain CIAM SaaS platform stability, availability, and performance.
• Manage platform changes, patches, upgrades, and configuration updates.
• Lead the technical onboarding of new business channels, apps, and digital products.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for onboarding workflows.
• Automate customer lifecycle events such as onboarding, altering, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with architecture and security teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows.

DevOps Engineer, CIAM Platforms - Mandatory Skills:
• 4 years of hands-on experience in creating DevOps pipelines.
• 2-4 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jira, Jenkins, Gradle, Bitbucket, Artifactory).
• 2-4 years of experience with Ansible, creating playbooks, and YAML.
• 2-4 years of experience with cloud and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, GCP).
• Sound knowledge of networking concepts and microservice architecture.
• Proficient in scripting languages like Ansible, Terraform, Bash.

DevOps Engineer, CIAM Platforms – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Strong working experience with incident management and setting up monitoring alerts.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex IAM integrations.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

DevOps Engineer, CIAM Platforms – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position until October 31st, with the possibility of extension and conversion to full-time employment.

ASAP.

DevOps Engineer, CIAM Platforms - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada; Hybrid position with 2 days in the office.
