Senior DevOps Site Reliability Engineer
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a DevOps Site Reliability Engineer - Senior for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at one of our client’s offices listed below.

Job Description:
The project involves enhancing and maintaining a complex trading environment, focusing on systems reliability and performance. The role requires upgrading current platforms and implementing new monitoring and automation solutions to ensure high availability and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Administer and support enterprise-level systems
• Write automation scripts and build application dashboards
• Set up alerts for proactive issue identification
• Monitor and deploy enterprise systems
• Manage Windows Server environments hosted via Virtual Machines
• Troubleshoot and tune Linux and Windows systems
• Develop in .NET, C#, PowerShell, YAML, Java, Python, or Bash

Mandatory Skills:
• 6-8 years enterprise-level administration and support
• 6-8 years writing automation scripts, building monitoring dashboards, and setting up alerts (Grafana, InfluxDB, Datadog, Moogsoft, ThousandEyes, etc.)
• 6-8 years SDLC practice and process improvement
• Hands-on enterprise systems administration, monitoring, and deployment
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 (Virtual Machine hosted)
• IP networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, IP routing)
• Large-scale distributed systems and high-availability architecture familiarity
• Linux and Windows system administration, troubleshooting, and tuning
• Development experience in one or more: .NET, C#, PowerShell, YAML, Java, Python, Bash
• Database knowledge: SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or Postgres
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Financial services/banking industry experience
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Communication Skills Required: Strong customer orientation; proactive ownership and follow-through on projects/issues; ability to communicate technical issues clearly within a distributed, complex trading environment

Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Westlake, TX/ Richfield, OH/ Lone Tree, CO/ Phoenix, AZ; Hybrid role (3 days) with onsite presence required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
