DevOps Specialist - GenAI/agentic AI:
On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a DevOps Specialist - GenAI/agentic AI for a short-term role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

DevOps Specialist - GenAI/agentic AI - Job Description:
The DMS DevOps team is seeking a DevOps Specialist to contribute to ongoing projects focused on enhancing automation platforms for enterprise database operations. This role involves supporting CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, and expanding GenAI/agentic AI solutions to optimize DevOps and database operations.

DevOps Specialist - GenAI/agentic AI - Responsibilities:
• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for database and infrastructure automation
• Develop and extend Ansible roles and playbooks for configuration management
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform
• Implement secure, automated management of credentials and certificates
• Design and build GenAI/agentic AI solutions and integrate with internal systems
• Support operational readiness with logging, monitoring, and runbook automation
• Follow security, compliance, and change-management controls

DevOps Specialist - GenAI/agentic AI - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of DevOps/Cloud/Automation engineering experience
• Proficiency with AWS, especially IAM, EC2, RDS/Redshift, and Lambda
• Advanced skills in Ansible Automation Platform 2
• Experience with Jenkins pipelines and shared libraries
• Terraform expertise for multi-environment deployments
• Strong scripting skills with Python
• Solid understanding of database operations and security management

DevOps Specialist - GenAI/agentic AI – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• AWS certification (Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer Professional)
• Experience with observability tools like Grafana and InfluxDB
• ITSM/Jira automation and integration experience
• Experience in regulated industries with compliance requirements
• Demonstrated experience building GenAI or agentic AI solutions

DevOps Specialist - GenAI/agentic AI – Assignment Length:
This is a short-term contract position - 3 months.

ASAP.

DevOps Specialist - GenAI/agentic AI - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada - Hybrid, with bi-monthly in-office presence required.
