Digital Content Specialist:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Digital Content Specialist for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Digital Content Specialist - Job Description:
The project involves overseeing the creation and publication of content that aligns with the strategic objectives of the Corporate Affairs division. This role is crucial for maintaining engagement and influencing stakeholders through compelling digital storytelling across various platforms.

Digital Content Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Produce and edit written and multimedia content for Stories, social channels, and third-party platforms
• Develop content strategies and produce engaging branded editorial content
• Incorporate current affairs into content that resonates with employees and external audiences
• Advise colleagues and partners on developing more compelling content
• Leverage data and analytics to drive better content and packaging insights
• Assist with new communications initiatives and digital storytelling channels

Digital Content Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• 8-10 years’ experience in digital content creation
• Exceptional storytelling experience across various media platforms
• Exceptional editing/copywriting skills
• Tech-savvy in data, analytics, and digital publishing
• Experience with applying SEO & GEO to content creation
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Digital Content Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in corporate communications
• Familiarity with video production, audio editing, and graphic design
• Experience producing content for podcast channels
• Knowledge of user experience and web accessibility
• Interest in branded storytelling and best practices

Digital Content Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion based on performance and business needs.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
