On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Digital Interaction & Visual Product Designer - Web & Native Mobile App Design for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Digital Interaction & Visual Product Designer - Web & Native Mobile App Design - Job Description:
This role involves redefining the future of the Loyalty Rewards digital experience, focusing on 'everyday value' experiences such as partner offers, redemption merchandising, and integrations across loyalty and bank platforms. The candidate will work within a collaborative senior design team to enhance both web and mobile channels.

Digital Interaction & Visual Product Designer - Web & Native Mobile App Design - Responsibilities:
• Communicate and manage day-to-day design needs of the squad
• Deliver interaction and visual design deliverables from concept to final design files
• Present work-in-progress and final designs to product partners and cross-functional partners
• Ensure designs include accessible design requirements and visual brand guidelines
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and QA teams for efficient delivery of a high-quality digital experience
• Support consistent user journey experiences through collaboration with marketing and brand teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies as the representative of the squad

Digital Interaction & Visual Product Designer - Web & Native Mobile App Design - Mandatory Skills:
• At least 7 years of product design experience, or 10 years in Interaction and Visual design roles
• Portfolio showcasing Interaction and Visual Design experience
• Professional communication and facilitation skills
• Experience designing within retail, ecommerce, or loyalty sectors
• Experience with responsive web and native mobile app design
• Expertise with design, prototyping, and collaboration tools such as Figma, Mural, and design systems
• Ability to articulate design strategy and rationale behind design decisions

Digital Interaction & Visual Product Designer - Web & Native Mobile App Design – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience working in Agile environments with product managers and developers
• Experience creating user journeys, wireframes, and information architecture
• Experience facilitating or supporting user research
• Understanding of various research methods
• Experience with Google Analytics

Digital Interaction & Visual Product Designer - Web & Native Mobile App Design – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
