Digital Marketing Analyst:
On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Digital Marketing Analyst for a contract position. 

Digital Marketing Analyst - Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Analyst will support our client's digital marketing initiatives across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Amazon, and Netflix. This role is focused on executing campaign development, media brief creation, agency coordination, and performance tracking to enhance client experiences and drive business results.

Digital Marketing Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Support the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including digital display, paid search, and social media.
• Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to launch new programs effectively.
• Manage the end-to-end content review and translation processes.
• Proofread copy and images to coordinate final sign-off on key initiatives.
• Manage marketing budget and forecasts to achieve business growth objectives.
• Track, report, and analyze metrics of key digital tactics to inform campaign strategies.
• Build and execute A/B testing strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Partner with teams to test new channels and technologies.
• Document and maintain up-to-date processes and best practices.
• Work with agencies and in-house teams to optimize marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 1-3 years of digital marketing experience.
• Experience with marketing campaign/project management.
• Experience with paid search and social media campaigns.
• Sound understanding of direct response marketing and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset to draw insights from data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Digital Marketing Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Agile marketing/development experience.
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with CRM tools and marketing technologies.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.

Digital Marketing Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract with possibility of extension beyond


Digital Marketing Analyst - Start Date:
ASAP.

Digital Marketing Analyst - Assignment Location:
Toronto or Waterloo - Hybrid position with 2 days in the office.
