Digital Product Manager - Job Description:
The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the strategic vision and technical execution of digital platforms and cross-enterprise experiences. The role involves managing user story creation, prioritization, grooming, UAT, and serving as the primary point of contact for production bugs and client escalations. The focus will be on enhancing digital client experiences through collaboration with an agile scrum team.

Digital Product Manager - Responsibilities:
• Lead a development scrum team toward key objectives and results
• Translate product vision into specific deliverables and manage the product backlog
• Champion Agile methodologies in stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions
• Develop client experience requirements and prioritize work through stakeholder consensus building
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define product release requirements and investigate production issues
• Conduct data analysis leveraging Adobe Analytics and Splunk
• Build relationships and influence teams across the enterprise to deliver shared outcomes

Digital Product Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Prior experience as an Agile Product Owner or leading scrum teams
• Strong digital product management skills with enterprise platforms
• Experience developing or managing digital experiences
• Skilled at working cross-functionally with various teams
• High emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills
• Experience with digital analytics; Adobe Analytics experience preferred

Digital Product Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in a financial or fintech firm
• Understanding of financial services regulations
• Experience with responsive web and mobile app development
• Experience with Jira and Confluence applications
• Curiosity and a can-do attitude

Digital Product Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 16-month contract
