On behalf of our marketing client, Procom is searching for a Digital Product Manager for a 6 month contract. This role is remote to CST time zone.
Digital Product Manager - Job Description:
The Digital Product Manager will support ongoing Marketing Data Product Management activities, ensuring smooth continuity for business intake, requirements development, delivery coordination, testing, and stakeholder communications. This role involves serving as a liaison between Marketing partners and technology teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Digital Product Manager - Responsibilities:
• Intake, assess, and coordinate Marketing Data requests.
• Gather, clarify, and document business and data requirements.
• Translate partner needs into actionable JIRA epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain project, process, and decision documentation in Confluence.
• Use SQL to research data, validate requirements, investigate issues, and confirm results.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute user acceptance testing, including validation of data outputs and business rules.
• Coordinate with Marketing stakeholders, product partners, data engineering, and other technology teams.
• Track delivery progress, dependencies, risks, decisions, and action items.
• Provide concise, timely status updates, and escalate issues requiring resolution.
Digital Product Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in business analysis, product delivery, data delivery, or a comparable role.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and translate business needs for technical teams.
• Working knowledge of SQL (GCP BigQuery) for data research and validation.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience planning and performing UAT or other structured testing and validation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with both business and technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests with clear organization, follow-through, and limited supervision.
Digital Product Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with marketing, customer, or enterprise data.
• Experience with data warehouses, data integration, analytics, or governed data products.
• Experience working in a regulated financial services environment.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and cross-functional technology teams.
