Digital Technical Delivery Lead:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Digital Technical Delivery Lead for a contract role. This position is remote, with candidates working from anywhere in Canada, aligning with Mountain Time business hours.

Digital Technical Delivery Lead - Job Description:
The Digital Technical Delivery Lead will be part of the Digital Program, focusing on leading delivery teams in planning, design, and development in support of the project. The role involves guiding technology decisions and developing technical specifications for development teams.

Digital Technical Delivery Lead - Responsibilities:
• Provide technical designs in alignment with supplied solution designs
• Lead DevOps modernization efforts with internal and external teams
• Implement shift-left testing principles and automate testing early in the SDLC
• Establish dependency mapping across delivery squads
• Act as a bridge between project managers, architects, and other stakeholders
• Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of tools and platforms
• Manage vendor performance and compliance with delivery standards

Digital Technical Delivery Lead - Mandatory Skills:
• 10 years of experience in software engineering
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with API integrations and security best practices
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tooling
• Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in the financial industry

Digital Technical Delivery Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform
• Systems thinking capability
• Consulting skills and thought leadership
• Understanding of cyber security and compliance requirements
