Director, Organizational Effectiveness - Change Management:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Director, Organizational Effectiveness - Change Management for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Director, Organizational Effectiveness - Change Management - Job Description:
The project focuses on workforce transformation, providing support and guidance to Business Leaders and HRBPs from an organizational design, change management, and employee experience perspective. The Director will play a critical role in driving organizational performance and enabling effectiveness outcomes.

Director, Organizational Effectiveness - Change Management - Responsibilities:
• Work with colleagues across HR, the business, and senior leadership to drive organizational performance.
• Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making.
• Build and manage relationships with HRBPs, Senior Executives, and cross-functional partners.
• Design and deliver end-to-end change management strategies for large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute change plans including stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Lead and support organization design initiatives aligned to business strategy.
• Conduct org design consultation conversations with Business Leaders.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and adapt approaches to deliver outcomes in changing environments.

Director, Organizational Effectiveness - Change Management - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness, organization design, change management, transformation, strategy, or management consulting.
• Experience in Org Design and/or Change Management.
• Strong PowerPoint skills – ability to develop executive-ready deliverables.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Proven experience to successfully effect change in a matrix organization.

Director, Organizational Effectiveness - Change Management – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• FSI experience.
• Ability to tailor messages for different audiences.

Director, Organizational Effectiveness - Change Management – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Director, Organizational Effectiveness - Change Management - Start Date:
ASAP.

Director, Organizational Effectiveness - Change Management - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 4 days in the office.
