Director of Learning, Development & Enablement:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Director of Learning, Development & Enablement for a six-month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Director of Learning, Development & Enablement - Job Description:
This is an active, hands-on role focused on enhancing the learning onboarding training for new hire call center employees. The project involves reviewing and optimizing the existing learning program to increase efficiency without sacrificing critical learning requirements.

Director of Learning, Development & Enablement - Responsibilities:
• Operate independently and collaboratively with the learning team to design novel projects
• Develop training paths and support leading performance sessions
• Guide team members through their training at client care
• Leverage adult learning methodologies and visual design to engage team members
• Advance the team's strategic goals through programming and analysis of learning metrics
• Collaborate proactively with stakeholders

Director of Learning, Development & Enablement - Mandatory Skills:
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer
• Experience in call center learning & development
• Expertise in adult learning methodologies
• Proficiency with programs like Articulate 360
• Experience with video/gamification creation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

Director of Learning, Development & Enablement – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in banking call centers
• Ability to work onsite in Calgary
• Experience in program efficiency analysis
• Ability to shadow and assess work environments
• Strong teamwork abilities

Director of Learning, Development & Enablement – Assignment Length:
This is a six-month contract position with the possibility for extension.
