Director of Partnerships:
On behalf of our Insurance client, Procom is searching for a Director of Partnerships for a permanent role. This position is onsite at our client’s New York, NY office.

Director of Partnerships - Job Description:
The Director of Partnerships will lead efforts to manage and grow the connector ecosystem of key clients, investors, and industry relationships at WithCoverage. This role involves optimizing existing programs and identifying new high-value partners, driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Director of Partnerships - Responsibilities:
• Own and manage a network of 300+ connectors and key executive relationships
• Implement processes to track, optimize, and manage connector partners
• Build strong relationships to drive introductions and top-of-funnel growth
• Identify and activate high-potential connectors from various networks
• Build pipeline through events, conferences, and targeted outreach
• Onboard new connectors and expedite the referral process
• Build and implement structured partnership workflows
• Create SOPs, tracking systems, and manage partner activities
• Represent WithCoverage at partner-facing events and industry functions

Director of Partnerships - Mandatory Skills:
• 5-12 years of experience in Sales, BD, or GTM
• Minimum 3 years in a partnerships role
• Proven track record of building or scaling a channel
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple relationships
• Relationship-driven with strong commercial instincts
• High-ownership operator with accountability

Director of Partnerships – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Startup experience
• Experience in the insurance industry
• Familiarity with AI and technology-driven solutions
• Experience with B2B partnerships
• Strong problem-solving skills
